"Great Value, Quick Delivery, Solid Quality"
I purchased a Coleman Cobra 3 tent from this seller. It showed up just 4 days after ordering. The quality is top-notch and the price is fantastic. Plus, there were no sneaky extra shipping fees for being close to Inverness, which really sets them apart from others. There might not be a ton of reviews, but I reckon they’re definitely worth a shot.

I made an order and have been emailing for an update since I got no confirmation. They don’t pick up their phones and seem to disregard all other ways to reach out. Steer clear of this awful business.

"Initially Skeptical, But It Worked Out!"
While I was browsing online for various sales on the Playstation 5, I stumbled upon The Living Store and was shocked to find it in stock. At first, I felt a bit unsure since the website seemed a bit unfinished (my bad for judging too quickly), but after my finance team verified their registration, it appeared to be trustworthy, so I decided to go for it.

I placed my order for the Playstation 5 on Friday, February 19th, and it just arrived via Parcelforce today, Monday, February 22nd.

"Replacement Radio Arrived the Next Day"
I’m just blown away by the fantastic aftersales support I got from Yasmin at this store. I purchased a radio that turned out to be defective (not Living Store's fault, mind you). I reached out to Yasmin on December 23rd, not really thinking I’d hear back before Christmas. But to my surprise, I got a quick response, and by the 24th, a new one was at my door. Now that’s what I call top-notch customer service!

"Absolutely thrilled with this store"
Absolutely thrilled with this store! I was really disappointed by another retailer after I ordered a tent for my granddaughter's birthday. Then I stumbled upon a similar tent at The Living Store. I couldn’t locate any info on delivery times, so I called and chatted with a super nice guy who confirmed they had the tent available and assured me he’d ship it out that very afternoon. It showed up the next morning! The tent is just right....one delighted granddaughter!!! I’d surely shop here again!

Service that couldn't be better from beginning to end! Big thanks to Yasmin, your customer support was top-notch! You got back to me super quick and addressed all my queries right away. The delivery was super fast for such a large item, especially during these COVID-19 times, that's just fantastic! I would definitely suggest The Living Store. Now that we've got our BBQ, you'll be the first place I check for any other garden or home stuff!

"Awesome customer support"
Fantastic service even with the supply hiccups from Covid-19 affecting the manufacturer. They kept me updated on what was going on and even offered a complete refund if I chose not to wait. I decided to hang tight (the delay was just about a week) and I'm super happy with the BBQ.

"Fantastic service and awesome grill"
We got ourselves an Outback grill from this place and couldn't be happier with it. They kept us in the loop about a potential delay in shipping because of Easter and the COVID situation, and even offered a full refund if anything went wrong, but it showed up pretty quickly. I’d totally recommend The Living Store and will surely be shopping with them again.

"Purchased a grill online"
I bought a grill from the site. With all the lockdown hassles going on, Ray was great at keeping us in the loop, and it showed up right on time as promised. He even shot me an email about a mistake in the manufacturer's instructions. I’ll surely be using this company again, and to make it even better, the price was way lower than anywhere else!

"BBQ from Down Under"
Even though there was a hold-up with the delivery of the grill, like mentioned in the earlier review, we were updated regularly. The BBQ showed up today and was super easy to put together. It seems solid and well-built too. Now, if only the rain would clear out, we could finally fire it up!
